Dammit, I'm a
writer, not a
Okay, I used to be a receptionist. And a customer service representative. And even a Client Care Coordinator, whatever that is. I've given tours at the ROM, registered dancers at the National Ballet School, and temped up and down Bay Street. I'm also a mother of two amazing children. None of that has stopped me from doing what I do (and love) best: writing. In fact, it's only enhanced it.
This wealth of professional and personal experience has given me wisdom, creativity and maturity; the ability to understand and relate to people from all walks of life; and intense appreciation for where I am today.
Clients buy the rights to my work. So if you're reading a blog post or a feature article on one of the sites below, chances are good that I wrote it.

Founder & Owner of SaltZ&Co, a Toronto micro-business making natural & nearly-natural bath and body care products
2017 - present
Sometimes a hobby becomes a job. I love the creativity and catharsis that comes from working with my hands, making luscious bath and body care products using premium ingredients like vegan butters, responsibly sourced beeswax, and of course, healing salts from all over the world. My family is involved and helps me sell soaps, bath salts, body butters and more at such markets as Evergreen Brickworks Sunday Artisan Market, on our website, and internationally on Etsy.
